The best way to keep your new felt hat dust free and looking fine...

Select the dark bristled brush for use on darker shade felts. Brush the hat in a counter-clockwise direction, so that the felt is worked well and dust is best removed. This is also a great clothes brush. Reserving one for light colors and another for dark avoids the transfer of hat dye from dark to light felts and vice versa.
