Whether you own a dozen hats that rotate through the seasons, or one favourite that only appears on special occasions, a Hat Jack is darn handy to have. Its main purpose is to help maintain the size and fit of your hat while it's not being worn. Simply place the Jack inside your hat, level with the sweatband, and twist the internal screw until there is tension on the hat.
Hat Blocks Australia is a small family-owned and run business that prides itself on a reputation for service and quality. Every piece of wood is chosen by hand, and even the metal fittings have been designed and tooled here in Australia specifically for this stretcher. Check out the Hat Blocks Australia website for their story, their products, and to see a fine example of Aussie ingenuity and craftsmanship.

Please note: At Brisbane Hatters we don't recommend trying to stretch your hat with a Hat Jack any more than half to one size, or for the occasional tweak. Attempting to stretch more than that with a Jack as opposed to a full-sized stretcher can cause warping and deformation of the crown.
