The bowler hat has had a fascinating history. First created in London to protect a Nobleman's gamekeepers from the occasional whollop, it was then adopted as a hunting hat, then became the ultimate symbol of the British working class. It has featured in America's Wild West , and on the heads of countless film and tv characters since then. Kaminski formal hats are beautifully made, both in the quality of their materials and the traditional techniques used to finish them.
